RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days from purchase date. A receipt is required for returns, exchanges and store credit. Purchases made with cash: a cash refund or a store credit will be issued. All items sold and returned are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item's total. For full refund, all items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
If items were shipped you are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. Insurance through the company selected may be available. Please make sure to package it correct. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping cost and credit card processing fee.
If you do receive a damaged item, we must have pictures of the original packaging. If we do not have pictures of the original packaging we can not insure the item and we will not be able to work on replacing or repairing the item received.
Gift certificates can be returned within 7 days of purchase date and are non transferable. Gift certificates expire 6 months from purchase date and cannot be extended or transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking a lesson, credit card information will be taken as a security deposit. The card will be charged 100.00 to hold the booking. This will be used for towards the lesson. In the event that there is no wind, or unfavorable conditions and Elite Watersports cancels the booking, no fee will be charged and the 100 dollars will be refunded or transferred to a new booking date. All reservations must be canceled 48 hrs in advance. Any lesson or rental canceled with less than 48-hour notice or any No-Call/No-shows will be charged, as our instructors have allocated their time. It is mandatory to review and sign the Participation Waivers prior to your lesson (sent to you via confirmation email), otherwise, time spent doing so at the beach will be included in your lesson time. 

RAINCHECK POLICY

All lessons and camps are paid in full before starting. If a lesson or camp is canceled due to weather conditions, your lesson or camp will be rescheduled to the next available lesson or camp time. 

We strive to get you riding and will do everything possible to reschedule your lesson or camp promptly. If a lesson or camp cannot be completed during your trip, you will be issued a refund. If you fail to show up at the time of your scheduled lesson or camp or fail to call to postpone your scheduled lesson or camp, you will forfeit the value of your lesson or camp and will not receive a raincheck.

If you fail to show up on time for your scheduled lesson or camp, the amount of time you are late will be deducted from the total lesson or camp time. It is the student’s responsibility to inquire about proper swimwear for the particular day he or she will be attending their lessons.
