The Foil Drive FM+ 650 Battery balances runtime, weight, and cost for riders using Gen2.5 Fusion and MAX+ systems. With 648Wh of capacity and Foil Drive’s 43V architecture, it delivers consistent thrust for extended surf sessions, upwind and downwind runs, wake riding, pumping, flatwater starts, and light eFoiling.

Foil Drive Fusion and MAX+ Compatibility

Move one battery between two different setups. The FM+ 650 is the highest-capacity battery option for MAX+ riders. For Fusion riders, it offers a lighter, more maneuverable alternative when used with the FM+ Battery Adaptor.

The intelligent Bluetooth battery management system (BMS) sends battery percentage and status information to the V3 Controller. Connect to the Foil Drive App to name individual batteries, track battery health, and check State of Charge (SoC).

Charging and Storage

The FM+ 650 Battery requires the 43V Charger provided with your Fusion or MAX+ system. Average charging time is approximately 85 minutes. The charger’s Storage Mode lets you limit charging for long-term battery storage.

Recommended storage charge is 30–60% State of Charge to support long-term battery health.
