NEW HIGHEST QUALITY SHORT RESPONSIVE BRIDLE

Pre-loaded, pre-stretched new bridle lines with low profile are measured before being cut to increase accuracy and consistency. This reduces shrinkage, reduces elongation, and improves longevity. Safety is improved and the kite can be handled more precisely and directly by removing all pulleys from its bridle. This results in a kite with less drag, greater accuracy and a more direct feel. The Reach's short responsive bridle has been tuned to give it fast, exponential depower. This allows you to ride it in a wider range of conditions.

NEW LIGHTWEIGHT BLADDERS IN EVERY SIZE

In every size of the range, lighter bladders are now available. This weight reduction allows the 2021 Reach to fly more efficiently and performs better in lighter winds.

NEW LIGHTER WEIGHT CONSTRUCTION

The Reach is ideal for foiling and lightwind twintip riding. It has a balanced fuller profile that delivers predictable power delivery and excellent performance at the low end. Reach is our lightest kite. Its 3-strut construction, lighter weight and draft-forward profile make it easy to get up in light winds. The 2021 Reach's lighter construction weight allows it to fly faster in lighter winds and performs better. The weight of the 2021 Reach has been kept low to ensure optimal performance and steering. We have used a two-ply canopy at the trailing edge in place of heavier Dacron materials. We also used lighter dacron for the struts and leading edges in the larger sizes.

BOOSTS AND LOOPS WITH A SMOOTH RELIABLE CATCH

Because of its medium aspect ratio design, with a wider wingtip and a well-balanced harness, the Reach offers excellent loft and hangtime. Many kites will stop during a loop before climbing back up again, but the Reach is a consistent catch with a smooth landing and won't hesitate to return.

The Reach's powerful, draft-forward profile combined with optimized profile transition panels gives it a smooth profile entry and upwind drive.

The Reach's higher aspect ratio design allows for excellent loft and hangtime. Its wider wingtip and well-balanced Bridle allow for a compact steering radius which is ideal for kite-looping. The Reach is a consistent, smooth catch during kiteloops and won't hesitate when it comes back around.

STEERING DIRECTLY AND RESPONSIVE

For a tight turn radius and quick response, tactile handling is possible with light bar pressure and steering impulse. You can fire up your surfing performance with the quick responsive steering and neutral stat balance. The Reach glides smoothly and doesn't tip over. You can adjust the bar pressure and steering impulse on the wing tip to customize the kite to your liking.

CONFIDENT RELAUNCH - SWEPT DESIGN

The kite's moderate leading edge diameter and medium-high aspect design provides more space in the middle of the kite, which increases efficiency and buoyancy. This allows the kite to quickly release from the water even in the hottest conditions.

PRECISE DRAFT - FORWARD PROFILE

With optimized profile transition panels and a draft-forward profile, the Reach has a smooth profile entry and upwind drive. We have developed a longitudinal control for the Reach that connects with the leading edge seam. This allows us to maintain a exact profile shape as close as possible to the leading edges. It creates a smooth transition between the segmented leading edges and the curved canopy. This creates a more efficient and aerodynamic airflow with less turbulence.

PROGRESSIVE FREESTYLE MEDIUM HIGH AR

This kite is easy to handle and has plenty of pop for freestyle maneuvers. Reach's medium-high aspect ratio and powerful profile make it explosively pop. Good pop generates line slack to allow for handle passes. Simply load up, edge hard, and then pop off the water for effortless Freestyle progression.

PREMIUM TEIJIN D2 TECHNO FORCE CANOPY

Teijin D2 Ripstop Fabric. High-quality canopy material with high density made in Japan. Made using high-tenacity polyester yarn for lightness and durability. Teijin Techno Force is the strongest and most durable in the industry.

PROTECTION OF DURALITE SEAM

For protection against chafing along the leading edge struts, lightweight reinforcement is used. To create a lightweight, durable buffer, thin foam padding is placed underneath. This lifts the kite off of rough surfaces and protects the stitching at the leading edge seams and struts.

KEVLAR REINFORCED STRUT SYSTEM w/BRIDLE DEFLECTORS

The best and most durable connection between the struts and the leading edges. The leading edge has bridle deflectors that prevent control lines from catching on the structural elements.

HYPERFLOW RAPID ONE-POINT INFLATION

Single point high volume inflation system. Larger diameter hose allows for rapid inflation and deflation. Compatible with most pumps, Bayonet style main inflator valve. No adaptor is required.
